1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TaskBuddysDiaspora services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

TaskBuddysDiaspora connects diaspora clients with verified operators in Nigeria to execute tasks and errands. We facilitate the connection but are not directly responsible for task execution.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information when submitting tasks
• Ensure task requests are legal and comply with Nigerian laws
• Treat operators with respect and professionalism
• Review and approve/reject proof of completion in timely manner
• Maintain confidentiality of account credentials

4. Operator Verification

While we conduct background checks on all operators, we cannot guarantee their actions. Users should exercise reasonable judgment when submitting sensitive tasks.

5. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely. Funds are held in escrow until task completion is verified through photo/video proof. Service charges and VAT are non-refundable unless task is not completed.

6. Proof of Completion

Operators must provide photo or video evidence of task completion. Clients have 48 hours to review and approve/dispute proof. Failure to respond within this period constitutes automatic approval.

7. Limitation of Liability

TaskBuddysDiaspora is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific task in question.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Users may close their accounts at any time with unused task credits eligible for refund.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms. Users will be notified of significant changes via email.
