Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Task was not completed as specified
- Operator failed to provide adequate proof of completion
- Service was not delivered within agreed timeframe without valid reason
- You cancel within 2 hours of task submission (before operator assignment)
- Operator misconduct or violation of service standards
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Service charges and VAT (unless task not completed)
- Tasks completed with satisfactory proof
- Cancellations after operator has started work
- Change of mind after task completion
- Expired task credits (beyond 90-day validity)
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
- Submit refund request within 30 days of task date
- Provide detailed explanation and supporting evidence
- Our team will review within 3-5 business days
- If approved, refund processed within 7-10 business days
- Refund issued to original payment method
4. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued if task was partially completed or proof was insufficient but showed some effort. The refund amount will be proportional to the work completed.
5. Package Refunds
For service packages (Starter, Value, Premium):
- Unused tasks can be refunded within 30 days of purchase
- Refund amount prorated based on tasks used
- Service charge is non-refundable for used tasks
- Full refund available if no tasks have been used
6. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with a refund decision, you can escalate to our senior support team. We'll conduct a thorough review and provide a final decision within 10 business days.
7. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 days for funds to appear in your account.
8. Alternative Resolution
Instead of a refund, we may offer task credit, free task redo, or upgrade to premium package. These alternatives are offered at our discretion based on the situation.
