Most tasks are completed within 24-48 hours. Urgent tasks can be expedited for an additional fee. You'll receive estimated completion time when booking.

All operators undergo background checks, identity verification, and reference checks before joining our network.

We require photo/video proof for all tasks. If proof is insufficient or task incomplete, you can request a refund or task redo.

Yes, all operators are covered by insurance while performing tasks through our platform.

Payment is made upfront when booking. Funds are held securely and only released to the operator after you approve the proof of completion.

If a task is not completed satisfactorily or proof is insufficient, you can request a full refund within 30 days. See our Refund Policy for details.

Tasks are valid for 90 days from purchase date. You can use them anytime within this period.
