TaskBuddys is a service that helps Nigerians living abroad get things done back home in Nigeria. We connect you with trusted, verified local agents who carry out tasks on your behalf — from property inspections to medicine delivery to checking on your elderly parents.
It is simple. Browse our services, choose a task, fill in the details about who or where we are visiting in Nigeria, and pay securely online. We assign a verified local agent who completes the task, uploads photo evidence, and keeps you updated every step of the way.
Our agents are carefully recruited, vetted, and trained through our dedicated agent programme. They are local professionals across Nigeria who understand the importance of trust and accountability when serving families abroad.
Every task requires photo and video evidence. Agents upload proof of completion to your dashboard, and you can review it in real time. You also receive updates via the app and WhatsApp.
The service fee covers our coordination, agent assignment, local transport costs, and task management. If your task requires purchases such as groceries, medicine, or gifts, the cost of those items will be billed separately with receipts provided for full transparency.
Standard service tasks are completed within 3 to 5 working days. Priority service tasks are completed within 24 hours and attract a 50% surcharge on the service fee.
We accept all major debit and credit cards through Stripe, and PayPal.
Yes. If no agent has been assigned yet, you can cancel for a full refund. Once an agent has started work, cancellation may result in a partial refund. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

We currently have agents across all 36 states and the FCT. Coverage is strongest in Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Enugu, Ibadan, Kano, and Benin City. If your task is in a remote area, contact us and we will confirm availability.
After placing a task, you receive a tracking number in the format TB followed by a number. You can use this to track your task in your dashboard or on our Track My Task page, even without logging in.
Yes. We use industry standard encryption and secure payment processing. We never share your financial information with agents. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
