1. Service Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of TaskBuddysDiaspora platform and services. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Account Registration

• You must be 18 years or older to create an account
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• One account per user - multiple accounts are prohibited

3. Task Submission Guidelines

Tasks must be legal, ethical, and comply with Nigerian laws. Prohibited tasks include illegal activities, dangerous requests, harassment, or anything that violates operator safety or dignity.

4. Pricing and Payments

• All prices displayed include VAT and 10% service charge
• Payment required upfront before task assignment
• Funds held in escrow until proof of completion approved
• Currency conversion rates updated daily
• Additional charges may apply for urgent or complex tasks

5. Task Completion Standards

Operators must provide photo or video proof of task completion. Proof must clearly show the completed task, be timestamped, and include location data where applicable. Insufficient proof may result in task rejection.

6. Dispute Resolution

Disputes regarding task completion should be reported within 48 hours. Our support team will review evidence from both parties and make a fair determination. Decisions are final unless new evidence emerges.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, logos, and trademarks are owned by TaskBuddysDiaspora. Users grant us license to use submitted content (task descriptions, photos) for service delivery and improvement.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Nigerian law. Any disputes will be resolved in Nigerian courts. For international users, local consumer protection laws may also apply.
